Job summary

Covenant Concrete Construction LLC is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality workmanship. You will lead a crew of concrete workers and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, materials, and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in concrete construction with supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job site.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards and safety regulations.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify areas for cost savings.
• Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of project progress.
• Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate project documentation.
