This role partners with the General or Senior Superintendent and field crews to deliver successful concrete installations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in concrete construction, the ability to read drawings and specs, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in concrete construction including vertical/structural work.
• Strong knowledge of concrete techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Supervises concrete crews including finishers, laborers, and operators with safety and quality focus.
• Reviews plans with Project Superintendent; organizes daily activities and allocates resources.
• Tracks production and coordinates materials to meet project goals.
• Leads toolbox talks and enforces OSHA standards on site.
• Completes daily reports and communicates progress to the project team.
