Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an Assistant Concrete Superintendent to support self-perform concrete projects including foundations, slab on grade, tilt walls, and site concrete. The role focuses on field administration, scheduling, and collaboration with the project team from day one.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction, 2+ years in structural concrete, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documentation, costs, and progress with the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 of those years supporting structural concrete jobs.
• Experience with Tilt Wall construction.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, time entry, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and assist in preplanning and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate with project manager and subcontractors to align manpower, equipment, and material requirements with the project schedule.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specifications and budget.
• Maintain a daily log of project progress, costs, and changes.
• Support procurement: requisitions, field PO approvals, and document management.
