You will collaborate with the operations team to craft a comprehensive project plan and ensure successful on-site implementation of the plan from start to finish. The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with 5+ years of experience in large-scale concrete construction and a background in self-perform work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive project execution experience on large scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
