Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Construction Foreman based in our Boston office to lead crews performing concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and strengthening projects in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will supervise up to 10 technicians, read drawings, and ensure safety and quality on site, while coordinating with Project Managers and delivering look-ahead schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general construction with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specs.
• Strong commitment to safety and look-ahead scheduling.
• Effective communication with customers, crews and project teams.
• Basic computer skills and construction math.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews and labor estimation.
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work meets plans and specs.
• Completing daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and memos.
• Ensuring safe, proper and productive use of tools and equipment.
• Assisting Project Managers in evaluating production rates for projects.
