Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a Concrete Foreman to lead on-site concrete laborers in Salisbury, MA. You will manage schedules, ensure safety, and verify blueprints and drawings are followed to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will train crews, coordinate safety initiatives, monitor curing processes, and oversee forms, materials, and equipment to meet quality and schedule goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related project/construction management education.
• Ten years of proven concrete foreman experience or comparable field.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver's license; DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all job site activities of the concrete laborers.
• Oversee concrete preparation, placement, finishing and curing.
• Direct workforce to meet goals for volume, cost, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Check forms and monitor curing conditions and environmental factors.
• Train and mentor labor crews in concrete operations and safety.
• Coordinate with safety personnel on safety training and investigations.
• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy.
