STRUCTURAL is seeking a Foreman based in Sedalia, CO to lead construction crews on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects across commercial and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements.
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Completing daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management.
• Ensuring crews operate tools and equipment safely and productively.
• Assisting Project Managers in evaluating production rates for the project.
