Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Foreman based in Sedalia, CO to lead construction crews on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects in commercial and industrial settings. You will supervise on‑site crews, develop schedules, and ensure quality and safety while coordinating with Project Managers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in construction with 2 years in lead roles, ability to supervise up to 10 technicians, reading drawings, and

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in general construction with at least 2 in lead role.
• Supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Read, interpret and execute construction drawings and specs.
• Commitment to safety.
• Experience producing look‑ahead schedules and reading project docs.
• Strong communication with customer, crew and teams.
• Bi‑lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• On‑site supervision of field crews and labor estimation.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Complete daily field reports, POs, delivery tickets and memos.
• Ensure safe, proper and productive use of tools and equipment.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates.
