Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction seeks an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects in the Southeast. You will plan daily work, oversee safety, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial concrete, strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and a track record of coordinating crews and resources effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman, Assistant Fore Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or similar leadership position.
• Clean record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with commercial concrete construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily field operations for commercial concrete projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment with the Superintendent.
• Maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence on site.
• Lead and evaluate crew performance, ensuring production targets.
• Communicate needs and issues to project management promptly.
