Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction in the Southeast United States is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily concrete projects. You will review contracts and scopes, manage financials, and coordinate planning with field teams.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, overseeing execution for scope and quality, maintaining client relations, and ensuring accurate documentation, RFIs, submittals, and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or equivalent; related experience acceptable.
• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably concrete construction.
• Proven cost control, scheduling, safety, and quality track record.
• Excellent communication with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review contracts and project scopes.
• Manage all financial aspects of each project.
• Create and maintain accurate project schedules and plans.
• Oversee project execution to ensure scope and quality.
• Maintain professional client relationships and communicate status.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project changes meticulously.
• Monitor quantities of materials for all projects.
• Prepare comprehensive concrete proposals and estimates.
• Uphold safety and quality assurance on all sites.
