Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will plan daily operations, manage crew productivity, and ensure work follows drawings, specs, and schedules while upholding safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial concrete, with leadership experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work physically on site in the United States. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience preferred.
• Experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Clean record and valid driver's license.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of commercial concrete construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Capable of completing a Job Specific Physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on commercial concrete projects and coordinate daily operations.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and formwork for upcoming work.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings and project specs.
• Read and interpret structural drawings and elevations, and communicate with supervision.
• Maintain production, safety, and workplace organization on site.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and Project Manager to align schedules.
