Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead contract review, scope management, and cost control across multiple concrete projects in the Southeast U.S.

You will drive project planning and execution, coordinate with superintendents and clients, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Proficiency with Planswift, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering; 5+ years PM experience in construction.
• Proven track record delivering multi-project scopes on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with superintendents, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review and Scope Management: thoroughly review contracts and project scopes and manage all financial aspects.
• Project Planning and Execution: develop precise quantity takeoffs, manage workload, schedules, and oversee execution.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain client relationships and represent the company in meetings with General Contractors.
• Documentation and Compliance: process sales agreements and subcontracts; review drawings, RFIs, changes; document costs.
• Proposal Preparation and Estimation: create comprehensive concrete proposals with documentation.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: maintain a safe environment and ensure field safety practices and documentation are completed.
