Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman for a Point Pleasant, WV project. You will lead a 4–5 person crew on heavy civil bridge and highway construction, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You should bring hands-on concrete leadership, plan reading, and a strong work ethic. Travel is required for nonlocal assignments, with substantial per diem support and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on concrete construction experience.
• Proven ability to lead a crew of 4–5 employees.
• Ability to read construction plans and communicate with field leadership.
• Willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and methods.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of owning daily field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a concrete crew of approximately 4–5 employees.
• Coordinate daily concrete construction activities, crew assignments, and jobsite productivity.
• Oversee concrete forming, placement, finishing, and related field operations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production needs.
• Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain project schedules.
• Identify field challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Mentor crew members and promote teamwork and safety.
