Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on heavy civil construction projects. The role requires directing a crew of 4–5, coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensuring work stays on schedule.

The position is 100% travel across West Virginia, Iowa, and potentially other locations, with extensive time away from home. Candidates should have strong leadership, plan-reading, and safety-focused work practices.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Concrete Foreman or lead in field.
• Ability to lead a crew of 4–5 employees.
• Heavy highway, bridge, or commercial concrete experience preferred.
• Strong residential concrete experience considered for transition to heavy civil.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technology.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to read plans and communicate effectively with project leadership.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel 100% and be away from home for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a concrete crew of approximately 4–5 employees.
• Oversee day-to-day concrete construction activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production.
• Read and understand plans, specifications, and project requirements.

• Train and mentor crew members.
