Qualifications

• Experience with Heavy Job preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Heavy Civil construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety meetings with the crew.
• Plan labor, equipment, and materials one week in advance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize production.
• Track project costs weekly and enter crew hours daily.
• Maintain open daily communication with General Contractors.

Skills

Understanding construction principles and procedures

Knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Excellent organization and planning skills

Valid Driver’s license

Education

High school diploma/GED
