Trusted Structures LLC is seeking an experienced Project Foreman to lead field operations on heavy highway and bridge construction projects in Virginia and nearby states. This hands‑on role focuses on DOT-related scopes, including bridge rehabilitation, deck overlays, concrete repair, and reinforcing steel installation.

The role supports a high‑performance team delivering high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget work, with opportunities to mentor crews and advance safety practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DOT or heavy highway construction.
• 5+ years as Foreman or Crew Lead on bridge concrete projects.
• Familiar with DOT specifications and inspection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans; manage field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for bridge and concrete scopes.
• Lead crews in bridge construction and rehabilitation projects.
• Perform concrete deck overlays, spall repairs, and parapet reconstruction.
• Execute structural concrete placement and rebar installation.
• Replace joint, bearing, and expansion systems.
• Construct retaining walls and sound walls.
• Install bridge drainage and incidental concrete structures.
• Selective demolition of bridge components.
• Interpret drawings and DOT specifications.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Track labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Mentor and train crew to maintain performance and safety.

$75,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: Primary: Jobsite - Virginia (Statewide), Pennsylvania (East and Central); Office: Great Falls, VA

Description:

Trusted Structures LLC is seeking an experienced Project Foreman to lead field operations on heavy highway and bridge construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in DOT‑related scopes, including bridge rehabilitation, deck overlays, concrete repair, and reinforcing steel installation.

We are building a high‑performance team to support DOT and federally funded infrastructure projects, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for bridge and concrete scopes.
• Lead crews in the execution of bridge construction and phased rehabilitation.
• Perform concrete deck overlays, spall repairs, and parapet reconstruction.
• Execute structural concrete placement and rebar installation.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and manage field documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• CDL and DOT certifications (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to job sites across Virginia.

Field operations are expected to begin in Spring 2026. This position is contingent upon the award of a qualifying contract to Trusted Structures LLC. No employment offer shall be considered binding or effective until such contract is secured and a formal start date is confirmed. Trusted Structures LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or withdraw this opportunity based on contract acquisition outcomes.
