Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains concrete finishing tools and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safe use.
• Enforces DPR Construction’s safety practices and OSHA standards, addressing hazards promptly.
• Troubleshoots technical issues such as formwork discrepancies, mix inconsistencies, or surface defects and recommends solutions.
• Collaborates with foremen and other trades to plan and sequence pours for maximum efficiency.
• Provides on-the-job guidance and instruction to journeyman and apprentice crew members.
