Job summary

You will assist in form setup, placement, finishing, maintain tidy work areas, and support the crew in finishing and curing operations. The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, 0–2 years in concrete construction, and OSHA 10

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of experience in concrete construction or a related trade required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred; OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
• Prepares and maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
• Follows DPR Construction’s safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Participates in training and on-the-job learning to develop technical and safety skills.
• Communicates effectively with crew members and responds to direction promptly.
• Performs cleanup and assists with material handling as directed.
