Job summary

Pace Contracting is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead a concrete crew, plan daily field activities, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure formwork, placement, and finishing meet project plans and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of hands-on concrete experience, and 2+ years of supervising a crew with strong leadership and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction trade education or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience, including formwork.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a concrete crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the concrete crew, assign daily work and coach employees.
• Plan and coordinate daily concrete activities with the Superintendent and project team.
• Read plans and verify layout, grades, elevations, and ADA requirements.
• Direct formwork installation and concrete placement, finishing, and curing.
• Ensure safety and maintain accurate daily jobsite documentation.
