The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial concrete construction, proven project management experience, and leadership skills to align multiple components throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience in concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage concrete construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project leaders.
• Monitor progress to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Identify and address challenges to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Track costs and performance for financial accountability.
