Kimmel & Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from planning through completion in Central Florida. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and quality requirements to deliver safely, efficiently, and profitably.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial concrete construction, proven PM experience, and leadership to align multiple project components throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent professional experience in concrete construction.
• At least five years of project management experience with a commercial concrete contractor.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage concrete construction projects from planning and preconstruction through execution and closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work meets quality standards, schedule commitments, and budget expectations.
• Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions to keep work on track.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout project execution.
