Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant construction experience; 15+ years strongly preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Strong technical expertise in structural concrete, flatwork, foundations, slabs, and masonry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience with project financial management, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, contract administration, and change-order management.
• Strong leadership experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on leadership role within a growing specialty construction company.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, slabs, and masonry operations.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Supervise and coordinate project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and ensure successful execution within established budgets.
• Identify construction risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality control, productivity, and accountability.
• Support leadership in improving operational systems, project performance, and company profitability.
