Job summary

The Gathering Spot in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Concierge Lead to model exceptional member hospitality, coordinate shift coverage, and coach frontline colleagues. You will maintain accurate member access and ensure smooth handoffs across operations.

In this role, you will handle elevated member requests, partner with dining and events, train new staff, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and safety policies. Evening/weekend shifts are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hospitality or member services preferred.
• Demonstrated judgment, conflict resolution and calm communication under pressure.
• Working proficiency with member databases, reservations, shift reporting and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concierge desk by modeling exceptional member hospitality and coordinating shift coverage.
• Handle elevated member requests and service recovery within delegated authority.
• Train new concierge team members on check-in, access controls and confidentiality.
• Audit shift logs and member records for completeness and accuracy; coach gaps in real time.
• Provide shift recap reports and identify recurring friction points for process improvements.
• Reinforce visitor access policies and report incidents promptly.
