Job summary

Clearwater Highland Park, a premier luxury senior living community in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Concierge to join our dedicated team. The Concierge is the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering calls, relaying messages, and delivering the highest level of customer service; this role supports multiple departments and serves as a key contact during emergencies.

Scheduled Hours: 2:00pm-10:00pm. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in senior living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional, courteous manner.
• Relay messages and perform administrative duties to support multiple departments.
• Monitor visitors and sign-in/out; report any suspicious activity to supervision.
• Assist with meal attendance tracking and room-service coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Clearwater Living standards and policies.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily and wear proper uniform.
