Job summary

The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Concessions Floor Lead to deliver bartending service and support daily concession operations during performances, events, and rentals. This role combines frontline leadership with operational duties, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards, all while upholding Guthrie's values and guest-focused culture.

You will mentor staff, maintain service standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one (1) year of bartending experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff leadership at an assigned bartending station.
• Provide bartending and guest service during performances.
• Monitor inventory and assist with FIFO procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards.
• Train and mentor new team members; uphold SOPs and Guthrie values.
• Collaborate with Concessions Coordinator to maintain operations.
