Job summary

Nice-Pak Products, LLC in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to promote the company vision and ensure capacity across materials, equipment and personnel to meet production planning demands. You will monitor waste, equipment downtime, and attendance, and implement process improvements to boost performance and safety.

On shift, provide coaching to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain strong floor leadership for 80% of time, and drive Lean activities like 5S and Kanban.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs required.
• Experience applying lean tools (5S) for continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and develop manufacturing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide employees to ensure GMP/SOP compliance.
• Utilize Lean and 5S to drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in production meetings and report progress toward goals.
• Maintain safety compliance and accurate attendance/records.
• Maximize productivity and equipment utilization on the production floor.
• Lead on-shift, answer questions, and coordinate with process and equipment teams.
• Schedule personnel to meet production plans; manage overtime and vacations.
• Promote Visual Management and Kanban on the floor; communicate priorities.
