Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office products; SAP or ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to compounding duties and adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Observe start-up procedures and help develop corrective actions.
• Inspect products for specification conformance and analyze work problems.
• Manage training and development of team members; ensure safety rules are followed.
• Maintain and close batch records; participate in safety incident reports.
