Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800> standards.
• Experience overseeing QA/QC in a compounding environment.
• Experience managing production schedules or calendars.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of new sterile and non-sterile compounded formulations.
• Oversee QA/QC activities across sterile and non-sterile preparations.
• Manage production calendars and scheduling for prescriptions and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for analytical testing and validation.
• Support formulary expansion and formulation validation efforts.
• Collaborate with Lab Manager, PIC, and Operations teams.
