Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support for Driver Services and related modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance activities, support operations, and cross-functional projects statewide.
• Advise Driver Services leadership on organizational objectives, performance management, and process improvement.
• Oversee Driver Services Special Operations, CDL Compliance, and Driver License Help Desk activities including modernization and credentialing workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, modernization leadership, and stakeholders on implementation planning, testing, and customer support operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements (AAMVA, REAL ID, SAVE, FMCSA, CDLIS).
• Assist with operational reviews, data analysis, and policy/procedural consistency to improve efficiency and service delivery.
