The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service at the Raleigh Central Services Office by assisting customers with the registration of vehicles in the State of North Carolina. This position requires strong technical, administrative, and customer service skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the North Carolina General Statutes, policies, and procedures governing the issuance of North Carolina titles and other official credentials.
Salary Grade and Salary Range: NC08 $39,244 - $68,679
