Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own a portfolio of its most complex programs, often $5M+ each, from award through launch and into steady-state production. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver successful programs and drive improvements across the portfolio.

You will mentor other program managers, define standards, and work with Product and Engineering to enhance tools and systems supporting program execution, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience leading production programs in manufacturing.
• Experience with APQP and quality planning practices.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple concurrent, complex production programs from opportunity through launch and repeat production.
• Build and manage detailed program plans meeting scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
• Run programs using the Xometry Product Development Process aligned with APQP.
• Manage budgets, tooling, capital, and margin to meet financial objectives.
• Track launch and production metrics including delivery, quality, and customer experience.
