Xometry, based in North Bethesda, MD, seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead high-value production programs end-to-end, from opportunity to repeat production. You’ll coordinate customer, engineering, quality, and procurement teams, drive budgets, schedules, and quality goals, and mentor others on program management.

You will shape the program management standards, push for operational improvements, and ensure scalable, repeatable processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years in program/project management in manufacturing.
• Experience in CNC, injection molding, sheet metal, stamping, die casting, extrusion.
• Led multiple complex programs, often $5M+ from award to repeat production.
• Knowledge of APQP and quality planning practices.
• Led cross-functional teams and managed supplier performance.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple concurrent, complex production programs from award through first article, launch, and repeat production.
• Build and manage detailed program plans meeting scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
• Run programs using the Xometry Product Development Process aligned with APQP.
• Manage program budgets and financials, including tooling and margin.
• Track launch and production metrics: timeline, on-time delivery, quality, and customer experience.
