We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive product development from concept to launch for an innovative manufacturer. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll own the entire program lifecycle managing cross‑functional teams, presenting to executive leadership, and mentoring the next generation of program managers.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex product development programs through the build process
• Lead and mentor junior program managers while actively managing your own portfolio of programs
• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Oversee 1-5 concurrent programs depending on scope and complexity (ranging from 6-24 month cycles)
• Collaborate with engineering, design, suppliers, and production teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of program/project management experience
• Background in automotive, RV, vehicle, truck, bus, or related manufacturing
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and developing team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software (Siemens Teamcenter/NX) and Jira a plus
