Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own a portfolio of its most complex production programs, including multi-million-dollar initiatives, from opportunity through launch and steady-state production. You will be the primary customer contact and lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within scope, and with strong financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
12+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing.
Experience across CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, stamping, die casting, or extrusion.
Proven track record running multiple concurrent, complex programs (often $5M+).
Knowledge of APQP and quality planning practices.
Experience budgeting, scheduling, scope, and financial results.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent, complex production programs from opportunity through first article, launch and repeat production.
Build and manage detailed program plans meeting customer/internal scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
