Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks a Principal Compensation Analyst to join the 4-nm fab team in Phoenix. You will lead complex compensation projects, design programs, model costs and provide insights to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with AZ Corporate and HQ teams, and maintain thorough documentation for plans, SOPs, and controls. Strong Excel, data modeling and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of six years in compensation including benchmarking, survey management and program analysis.
• Desirable experience in semiconductors or hi-tech manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation benchmarking, analytics and program design.
• Model costs, generate insights, and propose options for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support audit/compliance activities.
• Collaborate with AZ Corporate groups and HQ compensation teams.
