Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join our 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix. You will lead complex compensation design, benchmarking, and analytics to support business needs, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with global HR teams and external vendors, you will develop data models, cost analyses, and reporting in Excel, while mentoring junior staff and transferring design into delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field in HR, business, finance or mathematics preferred.
• Minimum six years direct compensation experience, with benchmarking and analysis.
• Experience in multi-national manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation projects, including design, benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Develop data analytics, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and propose options.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and transfer design into delivery processes.
