TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join our 4‑nm fab in Phoenix, AZ. You will design and analyze compensation programs, benchmark pay structures, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with AZ Corporate, HQ TRD, and external vendors.

In this leadership role, you will mentor junior staff, develop data models, and leverage AI insights to optimize compensation workflows in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment. Strong Excel and advanced analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, math, or related field.
• Six+ years in compensation, incl. 5+ years in advanced benchmarking, survey mgmt, design & analysis.
• Semiconductor/hi-tech or manufacturing experience preferred.
• CCP in progress desirable; completion highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation projects, benchmark, design, document, and obtain approvals per audit/regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth transfer to delivery teams.
• Conduct market analyses, model costs, and provide options to stakeholders.
• Develop, audit, and maintain complex Excel reports for data analysis.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, plan documents, and controls.
