Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join our 4‑nm fab in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on designing, benchmarking, and delivering compensation programs that meet audit and regulatory requirements while aligning with business needs and stakeholders.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with AZ Corporate groups, overseas compensation, external vendors, and HQ teams. A CCP in progress is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of direct compensation experience including benchmarking, survey management, program design and analysis.
• Desirable to have CCP certification in progress or completed.
• Experience in multinational or scaling manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex spreadsheets and data models for compensation analysis.
• Conduct market, incentive, job leveling, cost/benefit and pay equity analyses; deliver findings.
• Support cross‑functional compensation initiatives and audit/compliance processes.
• Prepare plan documents, SOPs and controls; assist in knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
• Proactively develop, audit, and maintain Excel reports for data analysis.
