Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join the 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, cost modeling, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with AZ Corporate, overseas teams, and HQ TRD.

The successful candidate will lead complex projects, mentor staff, and ensure accurate data analysis and documentation across plan documents and SOPs in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum six years in compensation with benchmarking and program analysis.
• Desirable semiconductor or hi-tech industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of compensation projects and programs.
• Benchmark and analyze pay structures; model costs and options.
• Provide guidance on policy design and compliance with audit requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth implementation.
