Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a high-performing apartment community in Kentucky. You’ll drive leasing results, manage operations, and mentor onsite staff to deliver excellent resident service.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and rent collection while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong resident relations. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen with budget management and reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/MRI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, resident relations and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
• Represent Arlington Properties with professionalism and pride.
