Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager responsible for day-to-day operations at a stabilized garden-style community in San Jose. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure operations comply with laws and company policies.

Experience in housing discount programs and bonus structures is a plus. Responsibilities include rent collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, and coordinating maintenance to uphold safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Balance budget and financial reporting; oversee rent collection and deposits.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Enforce lease terms; conduct property inspections and maintenance oversight.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints and requests promptly.
