Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of 2+ stabilized properties, lead on-site teams, and drive the property’s budgeted financial and operational goals while complying with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, enforcement of the lease, vendor management, customer service, and coordinating maintenance. California duties apply, including the Lease File Checklist and ensuring housing quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of community management experience required.
• Income-Restricted Affordable Housing Experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in leading updates with the client.
• Affordable and Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 2+ stabilized properties and manage on-site teams to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Lead leasing, maintenance oversight, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, review financial statements, and manage vendor relations and invoices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
