Job summary

Wallick Communities seeks a Community Manager for Skybird Manor in Greensburg, IN. This full-time role leads leasing and maintenance teams and ensures financial integrity while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You'll oversee occupancy, move-ins/outs, compliance and reporting with a focus on service, teamwork, and operational excellence. Leadership and Yardi/Microsoft Office skills are valued; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as residential property manager, HUD/Section 8 a big plus
• High School diploma; associate’s degree a plus; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Resident-focused with exceptional service
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office; Yardi a big plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals; payroll processing
• Ensure rent collections and deposit of all monies due
• Process invoices and purchase supplies
• Maintain occupancy levels and positive relationships with owners and residents
• Complete move-out paperwork, inspections, audits, and timely government reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned
