Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of property management experience, including management of staff workflows.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site or large community staff and ensure timely task completion per policies.
• Encourage staff development opportunities and provide guidance as needed.
• Discipline staff when required under supervision and policy.
• Fill vacancies with qualified staff to maintain occupancy targets (96%+).
• Assist with annual budget process and maintain budgets per community.
• Ensure rental units inspections and move-in/move-out processes are completed on schedule.
• Oversee rent collections and resident applications; maintain community relationships.
