Prismhr Hire seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of communities in Winslow, Indiana. Part-time with potential for full-time, the role emphasizes rent collection, recertifications, and curb appeal to maintain strong resident relations.

Required knowledge includes affordable housing programs such as Rural Development, LIHTC, and Section 8. Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus, with a need to self-direct and stay on task.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the operations of the Community.
• Ensure all residents conduct themselves per the terms of the lease and rules/regulations.
• Market the Community.
• Ensure resident’s selected meet occupancy criteria ("Tenant Selection Plan").
• Review all expenditures and ensure the Community is receiving the greatest value for each outlay. Ensure the Community operates within the budget.
• Ensure the Community has the highest and greatest curb appeal within the budget constraints.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our communities located in Winslow, Indiana. This person must be experienced in affordable housing including, RuralDevelopment, LIHTC & Section 8. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus. Must be able to self-direct and stay on tasks to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience directing maintenance, scheduling contractors, and following up with work orders is a must. This position is part-time with opportunities of full-time as well.

In this role you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the operations of the Community.
