Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services & REACH in Seattle is seeking a Community Justice (LEAD) Case Manager. The role supports engagement and intensive case management for individuals involved with low-level offenses or prostitution, with a caseload of ~25–30 participants.

The position operates on a Mon-Fri schedule, 8:00 am–5:00 pm at the Belltown site. Salary ranges from $73,500 to $87,500 annually, with potential bilingual/multilingual language proficiency and advanced credential bonuses up to $2,000

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with people experiencing homelessness or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Ability to advocate and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intensive case management to assigned participants.
• Develop individualized Service Plans with participant input.
• Collaborate with LEAD partners, service providers, housing providers and community organizations.
• Advocate for participants in the criminal justice system and coordinate with court processes.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with REACH and LEAD teams.
• Help participants access funding programs and housing resources.
