Job summary

Ideal Option seeks a Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist for the King County, Washington LEAD Project to deliver engagement and intensive case management services to individuals involved with low-level offenses and/or sex work. The role emphasizes field outreach, collaboration with LEAD partners, housing providers, and community organizations.

You will conduct outreach, assess needs, facilitate access to medical and behavioral health services, housing, and benefits, and support participants

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to underserved populations.
• Experience coordinating with community partners and service providers.
• Exposure to harm-reduction approaches in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intensive case management for assigned clients.
• Engage participants in street settings and at partner facilities to build trust.
• Assess housing and healthcare needs and connect to services.
• Assist participants in accessing funding programs (SSI, ABD, VA).
• Help participants find housing and maintain occupancy.
• Advocate for participants within the criminal justice system and coordinate with providers.
