Job summary

Luminare Health Benefits Inc. seeks an Eligibility Specialist to support member and provider onboarding in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

This role requires exceptional data entry accuracy, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to collaborate with clients, providers, and management to resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and prior leadership experience; proficiency with MS Excel and Word is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years Eligibility experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment.
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients and differing levels of co-workers including Client Management staff all levels of staff.
• Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form.
• Flexible; open to continued process improvement.
• Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution.
• Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, to adapt to various system platforms, and to effectively use MS Excel/Word.

Min to Max Range: $18.07 - $33.92 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
