Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking a Security Foreman to lead commercial low voltage and security installation projects from Rancho Cucamonga, with travel to Los Angeles County. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate daily site activity, and act as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.

You will be hands-on with installing, programming, and troubleshooting access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, while reading drawings, maintaining safety, and meeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial low voltage and security installation and service experience.
• 4+ years supervising or leading technicians in the field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and low voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Experience troubleshooting security systems, networks, and connected devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial low voltage and security installation projects from rough-in through closeout.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians on daily tasks, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, material staging, and crew assignments.
• Serve as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Install, terminate, troubleshoot, and program access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Verify installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards.
• Enforce safety compliance and OSHA practices on every job site.
• Manage project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and as-builts.
• Keep projects on schedule and report progress and issues to the project manager.
• Troubleshoot systems, networks, and connected devices in the field.
• Train and develop technicians to build crew capability.
