Job summary

Manatal is seeking a Security Foreman to lead commercial low voltage and security installation projects from Rancho Cucamonga, with travel to LA County and surrounding areas. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate daily site activity, and act as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.

Hands-on leadership includes installing, troubleshooting, and programming access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial low voltage and security installation/service.
• 4+ years supervising field technicians.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with access control, CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Valid California driver's license and clean record.
• Willing to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial low voltage and security installation projects from rough-in through closeout.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians on daily tasks, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, material staging, and crew assignments.
• Serve as primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Install, troubleshoot, and program access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Ensure installations meet code and company standards.
• Enforce safety and OSHA practices on every site.
• Manage daily logs, change orders, and as-builts.
• Keep projects on schedule and report progress to project manager.
• Troubleshoot systems and connected devices in the field.
• Train and develop technicians to build crew capability.
